How it works

From a blank month to approved in four steps.

Here is a full round with Yesmora, the way most agencies run it: plan on Monday, send on Tuesday, schedule on Friday.

1

Plan

Build the month in a calendar for each client brand. Drag posts between days, see gaps, and line up the Instagram grid.

2

Preview

Write one caption with per-platform tweaks. See each post as it will look on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and more.

3

Send one link

Pick a week, a month or a campaign. Your client gets one link, opens it on their phone, and swipes through the posts.

4

Get the nod

They tap Approve or Request changes, pin comments on the image, or approve everything left in one tap. You export and schedule.

A full round, step by step

  1. 1

Set up the client brand once

Name, colour, timezone, and the display name, handle and picture for each platform. Add approvers, brand voice notes and hashtag sets. Turn on internal review if a teammate checks first.

  2. 2

Plan the month in the calendar

Click a day or press N. Pick the platforms, write one caption, tweak it per platform, add images or a video. The preview updates as you type. Drag posts around until the month looks right.

  3. 3

Check the grid and the previews

Open the Instagram grid planner to see the profile as it will look. Switch preview tabs to check each platform, light and dark, phone and desktop.

  4. 4

    Get the internal nod

If the brand needs it, ask a teammate for an internal review. They approve or send it back with a note.

  5. 5

Send one link to the client

Pick the week, the month or the campaign. Set an approve-by date and add a short message. The client gets one email with your branding.

  6. 6

The client reviews on their phone

They swipe through the posts and tap Approve, Approve with small changes, or Request changes. They can pin a comment on the image. Reminders go out 48 and 24 hours before the deadline.

  7. 7

Fix what they asked, send V2

Edit the post. It becomes V2 automatically and the client sees what changed. Earlier comments stay on V1.

  8. 8

    Export and schedule

Export approved posts as CSV for Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite or Later, or grab a ZIP. Mark them published when they go live. The audit trail keeps the record.
