Who we are
Yesmora is operated by Riman Agency in Montreal, Quebec. Our privacy officer can be reached through the contact page.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, password stored as a one-way hash), the workspace, brands, posts, media, comments and decisions you add, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) used for security and the approval audit trail. Clients using an approval link give us the name and email they type in.
Why we use it
Only to run the service: show your posts to the people you share them with, send the emails you ask for (approval links, reminders, notifications), keep accounts secure and keep a record of approvals. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
AI helpers
When someone in a workspace uses an AI helper, the caption and the brand voice notes are sent to our AI provider to produce the suggestion. They are not used to train models under the provider’s business terms.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see full card numbers.
How long we keep it
As long as the workspace exists. Deleting a workspace deletes its posts, media, links and comments. Backups roll off within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, through the contact page. We answer within 30 days.
