Good to know
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok do not let new apps search public posts, so they are not sources. X works if you add your own paid X API key. New mentions are checked every 15 minutes, not in real time.

Is there a limit on monitors?
Solo includes 3 monitors, Studio 15 and Agency 60. Mentions themselves are not counted.
Can my client see the results?
Yes. Add a listening section to a client dashboard or to the client portal, and the weekly digest can go to anyone on your team.
