How it works

    Connect a channel for the client, for example its Bluesky account with an app password.

  2. 2

    In a post, tick the channels and "publish when approved".

  3. 3

    The client approves from the link.

  4. 4

    At the scheduled time the post goes out and the live link is saved.

Good to know

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X need each platform to approve the app before it can publish there. Until then, approved posts go to your scheduler in one CSV, as before.

Why not Instagram yet?

Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and X review every app that publishes for businesses. The adapters are ready and switch on once the reviews are done.

Are my channel passwords safe?

Tokens and app passwords are encrypted in the database and never shown again after you save them. Use app passwords where the network offers them.

What happens if a post fails?

It retries after 5, 20 and 60 minutes. If it still fails, the post creator gets a notification with the reason.
